Day 6

"Hey, check it out--momma's still got some moves." These were my brother's encouraging words as I boogied my way onto the dance floor last night at my cousin's wedding in Philadelphia. As I mentioned in an earlier post, I'm eighteen weeks pregnant and showing quite the bump already, which opens up new opportunities for poking fun--it's all right, I can take it. I just pushed it out a little further to the beat of "Play that Funky Music" and threatened to belly bump anyone who crossed me.
